Trustiics offers transparent and upfront pricing for all legal services, with no hidden fees or surprises. From free registration to quick legal consultations and fixed-fee services, our platform makes it easy to get the legal help you need.
Transparent Pricing and Free Signup
Creating an account with Trustiics is completely free, and gives you access to all of our resources, as well as the ability to get free quotes from lawyers.
We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no retainers, subscriptions, or hidden fees beyond the displayed price and applicable taxes.
As an online marketplace, fees are charged on a transaction-by-transaction basis, meaning that you only pay for the services you purchase. You’re not committed until you agree to the price of a selected service.
Quick Legal Consultation (QLC)
Get your specific legal questions answered by vetted lawyers at a fixed flat rate, displayed on the Quick Legal Consultation web page. This upfront fee covers the entire consultation, and you’ll authorize credit card payment when placing the order. Rest assured; you will only be charged once the answer is delivered to you.
Fixed-Fee Services
Lawyers provide the most popular legal services at a fixed price, which is displayed on the web page of each individual fixed-price service. This is the only fee a client needs to pay. You authorize credit card payment when you place an order but will not be charged until the service is delivered to you.
Customized Services
When you require a service not listed with a fixed fee, you can easily submit a customized service request to a lawyer of your choice. Rest assured, submitting a customized request is completely free. The chosen lawyer will carefully evaluate your unique case and provide you with a personalized quote tailored to your needs. Once you accept the lawyer’s fee quote, you can conveniently make the payment via credit card. The payment will be securely held in escrow until the service is successfully delivered to you and you have accepted the work.
Concierge Service
If you find it challenging to select a legal service or lawyer, Trustiics is here to provide support. Our dedicated team will assist you by coordinating with one or more lawyers to propose the most reasonable fees for your specific matter. Once you accept a lawyer’s fee quote, you can conveniently make the payment using your credit card. Rest assured, the payment will be securely held in escrow until the lawyer delivers the service, and you have accepted the work. This ensures a reliable and transparent process for both you and the lawyer.
Platform service fees
For the platform services provided by Trustiics, which encompass digital marketing, technical infrastructure, cloud services, and other operating services, service lawyers are charged on a transaction-by-transaction basis. These charges, totaling up to 15% of the Price payable by the client-side users, are inclusive and factored into the calculation.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at check out, based on your location and the service provider’s location, in accordance with the laws and regulations of Canada.
Payment
All transactions on Trustiics can be paid using a credit card. Trustiics has integrated the Stripe solution to process online credit card payments. All major card cards are supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
At Trustiics, our utmost priority is ensuring that each client is completely satisfied with the service delivered by our vetted lawyers. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support at support@trustiics.com with your concerns. We will diligently collaborate with you and the lawyer involved to resolve the matter to your utmost satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach a resolution and you do not receive the agreed-upon service, we will promptly issue a refund for the payment made. Kindly note that the refund process may take several business days to complete, depending on the chosen payment method.
