She has more than 20 years of private practice experience including over 15 years of practice at leading Chinese and international law firms in China and also 5 years as the lead compliance officer at two Fortune 500 companies in the Asia Pacific Region. Emilia's practice covers a broad range of practice areas, from capital markets, corporate, FDI, M&A to dispute resolution, compliance policy review, legal audit and investigations. She also has strong regulatory knowledge and practice experience in many industrial sectors. Emilia has advised many international clients on their business activities and transactions in China and has a good understanding of international clients' needs.
