She has more than 20 years of private practice experience including over 15 years of practice at leading Chinese and international law firms in China and also 5 years as the lead compliance officer at two Fortune 500 companies in the Asia Pacific Region. Emilia's practice covers a broad range of practice areas, from capital markets, corporate, FDI, M&A to dispute resolution, compliance policy review, legal audit and investigations. She also has strong regulatory knowledge and practice experience in many industrial sectors.
