He is a China and NY qualified and internationally trained corporate lawyer and holds law degrees from highly respected law schools in China and in the U.S. Haiping's practice covers a wide range of legal areas, from general corporate matters under Chinese law to cross-border investment, from joint ventures, M&As, PE/VC to capital market in mainland China and Hong Kong. Prior to becoming a partner at the prestigious Chinese law firm, Haiping was a corporate lawyer at one of the U.K. based "magic circle" firms.
