Mr. Daniel Lee is an international business lawyer with over two decades of experience and is qualified to practice in Taiwan, USA (New York State) and mainland China. He is a partner in Jingtian & Gongcheng’s Shanghai office, which is one of the most reputable law firms in China. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Daniel worked at several leading American law firms for over 10 years, including Davis Polk LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
 Daniel received his law degrees from Harvard Law School and National Taiwan University. Daniel has advised multinational companies, financial institutions, private equity firms and venture capitalists on hundreds of transactions in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Daniel is a legal expert on foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, cross-border M&As and securities offerings.
