Ms. Li Luo is a China qualified corporate lawyer based in Beijing. She is currently an in-house counsel and a senior risk control manager at CITIC Poly Fund, a leading real estate investment fund in China. Prior to this position, she practiced as a corporate lawyer in large Chinese law firms and was focused on FDI, joint ventures, M&As, employment law as well as general corporate matters. As an in-house counsel at one of the largest real estate investment funds in China, she has built up her expertise in all the legal and regulatory aspects of the real estate industry.
