Mr. Joseph Xue is a China qualified corporate lawyer with 10 years of experience. He is currently a senior lawyer at one of the most prestigious Chinese law firms based in Shanghai. His practice covers general corporate, FDI, M&As and PE/VCs, and has a specialty in the sectors of TMT and financial institutions. Joseph has advised leading TMT companies and private equity funds, such as Alibaba, Ant Financial, CMC, Warburg Pincus, IFC, Standard Chartered Private Equity, FountainVest Partners, Olympus Capital in a wide range of their China deals, including minority investment or control transactions, equity or equity-linked debt investments and joint ventures.
