Chao is currently a partner at AnJie Law Firm in Beijing. Before joining AnJie Law Firm, Chao practiced at several other top-tiered Chinese law firms including Haiwen & Partners and JunHe Law Firm. She has represented all kinds of international commercial arbitration and litigation cases before CIETAC, SCIA, SHIAC, BAC, HKIAC and Chinese courts at all levels including the Supreme People’s Court.  Chao was named numerous times by international legal journals or ranking organizations for her strong capability in dispute resolutions, including by Chambers and Partners in 2019 and 2020 and by Benchmark Litigation in 2019.
