Chao is currently a partner at AnJie Law Firm in Beijing. Before joining AnJie Law Firm, Chao practiced at several other top-tiered Chinese law firms including Haiwen & Partners and JunHe Law Firm. She has represented all kinds of international commercial arbitration and litigation cases before CIETAC, SCIA, SHIAC, BAC, HKIAC and Chinese courts at all levels including the Supreme People’s Court.
