Flávia is currently a partner at TITAN Consulting. She has more than 13 years of experience, including 10-plus-year in State Government, dealing with complex public matters. She has worked with Internal Controls, Compliance and Administrative Public Procedures. As the State Legislative Assembly General Controller, Flávia coped with regulatory affairs and lawmaking, helping to craft the State of Paraná Public Administration Compliance and Integrity Bill. She has experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing administrative contracts and public agreements. Given her broad knowledge in the public arena, she is called upon to assist businesses in biddings and all sort of matters involving the Brazilian administrative and legislative branches. Currently Flavia also helps companies in becoming compliant with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law and give lectures on this theme at Compliance School .
