Mr. Lin advises clients on a broad range of matters. He represents both startups and venture capital firms on financing and investment. He provides advisory services for multinational and domestic companies on market entry, compliance, joint venture, M&A and general corporate matters. Mr. Lin is a partner of Guantao, a leading Chinese law firm. Before joining Guantao, he worked for a leading Chinese law firm and an international law firm. He also worked for Cisco and Chehaoduo as legal director (an unicorn invested by Sequia China and Vision Fund). Mr. Lin has solid experience in sectors such as TMT, auto, e-commerce, consumer products, etc. He provides pragmatic and cost-efficient advice to clients.
