Dr. Zhang has practiced law for ten years in China and is currently a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng, a top-tiered PRC firm. He specializes in dispute resolution with extensive experience and well-established reputation in commercial litigation and arbitration. Dr. Zhang has represented clients in hundreds of cases under a variety of international arbitration rules and before courts of different levels in China. He is experienced in planning comprehensive strategies for cross-border disputes, and served as PRC law counsel and expert witness in lawsuits and arbitrations in the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. While practicing law, Dr. Zhang is serving as Arbitrator of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and LL.M. Program Advisor of University of International Business and Economics.
