Ms. Hua Wang has 12 years of experience as a qualified lawyer in China. Hua is currently the Assistant General Manager of the Risk Management Department of a major investment trust company based in Beijing. Prior to this current position, Hua worked in one of the most well-known Chinese law firms for more than 7 years with her practice focused on corporate, foreign investment in China, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and capital markets. Hua's experience includes advising multinational corporations and private equity firms on regulatory issues as well as in their China-related financial and strategic investments and corporate restructuring. Hua obtained her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the law schools of Beijing Normal University and Tsinghua University, respectively.
