Ms. Katherine Liu’s practice focuses on foreign direct investment in China, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Chinese outbound investments, and general corporate and commercial matters. Ms. Liu has 9 years’ practice experience, advising US and European multinational clients on their wholly foreign owned investment, joint venture and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as business operations, in China. She also has experience with respect to dispute resolution matters before CIETAC and other matters related to dispute resolution. Ms. Liu is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English. She is licensed in China.
