As a registered China patent agent and Chief IP Architect, she is also in charge of filing and prosecution service of CN patent & trademark applications through the electronic filing system of CN Patent and Trademark Office for customers of Yitang & Mingkun, Inc. She has a deep understanding and experience in IP, commercial and strategy. More than 20 years of experience in intellectual property management and legal work in multinational and high-tech enterprises, with rich experience in real industry strategy and operation, as well as global intellectual property/legal vision, including intellectual property layout/operation, global litigation and legal rich experience in risk control, etc. At the same time, she has rich practical experience in enterprise innovation management system, cultural and creative IP derivatives planning, and IP license authorization negotiation. She has served as IP head of GE Healthcare in China, senior patent expert of BOE, senior IP counsel of Tencent etc. She also holds double master's degree in intellectual property law and business administration.
