She also leads complex tax and business matters, including national and international agreements and negotiations. As a Tax Senior Manager, Milena has advised several national and multinational companies operating in multiple industries, with distinguishing performance in Labor and Social Security issues. She has a solid expertise in procedures and taxes regarding the labor and social security areas and individual income tax and extensive experience in answers to consultations, tax planning, procedural reviews and taxes, assistance in audits by relevant authorities, defenses against notices of tax delinquency / violation, due diligence procedures, calculations of contingencies and reviews for audit purposes. Working knowledge of accounting, direct and indirect taxes.
