Palmer (Guangming) Wang has served for over 15 years as a senior partner in the Shanghai office of Dentons. As the former Executive Director, he initiatively imported democratic management concept to and creatively designed the distribution system in Dentons Shanghai, which formed the legal base and intrinsic motivation for Dentons Shanghai’s rapid and healthy growth during the past 10 years. Before joining in Dentons in the early 2005, he was the Managing Director and one of the founders of Utrust Law Firm in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Palmer is also the first Head of Corporate and M&A Department in the Shanghai office and now the RIB leader of China Region of Dentons. He has particular experience in RIB, FDI, IPO, M&A, private equity, funding work, Corporate Governance involving private, public, joint venture or State-owned companies of various sizes and across various sectors. Palmer also made great achievements in commercial dispute resolution.
